Kite Festival Semapohore 23 /3 - 25/3

Hi, (for those not heading to Avalon)
while the idea of taking my camera anywhere near sand is horrorfying I intend (weather permitting), to hang off the jetty and capture colour in motion at the kite festival next weekend.

I am still hunting down the program, and it depends a lot on the wind conditions on the day, but if anyone is interetsted post a reply and I'll follow up and post the details.

went to the Fringe on Sat but got down to Seamaphore this morning - lovely day for the beach - lousy for kites

Hi,
thanks for sharing - not only are they nice photos but as a keen kite maker & flyer (more the high performance stunt type) enjoyed the variety and detail.
I have a couple I will load for C&C (when I work out how) as I just haven't quite got it . I'll look for yours also.
