Award

Postby Matt. K on Fri Mar 30, 2007 6:59 pm

Brag begins: I was stunned today when at a large gathering of soldiers I was awarded the Australian Day Medallion for services to Defence photography. My wife normally reads the lists(to see if she qualified :D :D ) but did not pick it up this time around. My work compadres kept it very close to their chests and managed to suprise/embarress me big time in front of a crowd. Brag ends.
Regards

Matt

Congratulations. As a previous recipient of this award (when I worked for the Tax Office) I can assure you life as you know it will still be the same

A deserving recognition of your contributions - you must be chuffed.

Well Done Matt.... it sounds like one of the more unique awards that you can be presented with in Australian Photography!! They don't give those away at the APPA's.

Cheers for now, Ants
