One of our contacts in Hong Kong has sent me some pictures of a prototype digital Holga that he shot on a phone camera from a recent visit to a Holga factory.
According to the information I got, it's supposed to have a sensor somewhere between the 6 and 8 mp range and will cost around 120 AUD when it rolls into production.
From what I understand, it will have the same crappy build quality we've come to expect from Holga's and you'll have to open up the body and expose the sensor to put the CF card in.
You will of course have to supply your own duct tape.
For more information on the Holga, check out the Wiki entry on it.
