You will probably get an email back asking you to send money to such n such via Western Union, that’s usually how these scams operate....

What payment options do you accept?

We accept MoneyGram and cash in our office. No COD, no credit cards, no exceptions.

once you find a shop that wont't accept credit cards and wants you to wire them the money then you know its corrupt.

and just by looking at he site it doesn't look like a typical webshop to me.

The listed address is actually in the same suburb as where I'm living at the moment. +D

However, it says this in the FAQ:

Can I pick up a product in your store, not online?

No you can't. However you can pay for products in our office.

Bummer -_-

When I stuck the address into Google Earth it shows up some track leading into a park, but not far from it is a huge grey building with lots of wings. It seems to have an overhang over a pond next to the big lake. There's also a big circular car park, filled with cars, near the building, but not immediately adjacent so its not a shopping centre.

I couldn't work out what it is ?Government facility, ?High tech industrial facility. Any chance you can tell me what it is?
