M4 Milestone :)

Postby Pehpsi on Sat Apr 21, 2007 5:25 pm

Driving down the M4 the other day and said "hey, that looks like my shot", turns out it is my shot :)

Thought i'd go back today and get a snap seeing as it's my first billboard :)

Funny thing is they didn't tell me where or when it was going up :?

Anyway i'm stoked to have something to show for my first 3 months of racing snaps...

Cheers to you guys here for your help and confidence boost to invest in a big lens and start shootin' :)

Thanks guys :)

Yeah it was a great surprise, and pretty cool how they can make a tiny pic into a massive one!

Yeah kyle i do remember posting it here and saying they might use it somewhere. Wish they called and told me about it!

Being my own worst critic i was looking at it saying 'i wish the front of the car was more in focus' etc..

Hey congratulations. Wow, what a great feeling it must be to see your work so large and in view of so many ;)

Well done.

Thanks mate, yeah i'm pretty happy :) In a few days it will be 1 year since i bought my first camera and found photography, and this is more than i expected!

In that case kyle, 2/3 of my shots are artsy, because heaps come out blurred!
Just kidding, i know what you mean about the blur, i've seen some ripper drag shots like this..

Congratulations.

I can just imagine the thrill that you must have felt when you saw this for the first time.
