program for borders?hey, was just wondering what you guys use to create borders around your images, aswell as naming them/watermarking them. or if its done in photoshop, can i get some tips on how to please?

I just use the basics, expand canvas with colours, Canvas Size -> Relative 105% on sides, and choose a colour. Create and record your own actions, then save them. Likewise. I haven't discovered another way of doing it in PS. Having said that, there is normally about 10 different ways to achieve the same effect in that program.
Depending on the border / frame effects you're going for, try OnOne Photoframe or look up some brushes on DeviantArt.
