Big V and DanielA - great coverage of the 'Mini Meet' guys. Of course with the exception for Daniel's shot of me, with the comment 'another resident'
For anybody who has not been to Monarto Zoo, suggest you do it before winter sets in. It is a fantastic relaxing day with ease of shooting a number of exciting animals. fozzie
I know this meet was a while ago, but I have a question about Monarto that I am hoping someone can answer.
We are looking at going there on the weekend for my mums birthday, but just wondering do you need to be able to walk around a lot. We are thinking about taking my grandparents who really cant walk around a lot, is it worth taking them or would it be a waste of their time? Your help is appreciated
asho - all of the paths are unsealed and unsuitable for the frail.
The best areas are covered by bus trips. Your Grandparents could always stay seated at the Visitors Centre Kiosk Area as plenty of seating while the other members of the party could go on bus trips. There are some animals immediate below the Vistors Centre. I would suggest ringing Monarto Zoo for further information, refer to the bottom of the website page below:- http://www.adelaidezoo.com.au/monarto/p ... mation.php I am of the understanding that rain is expected on both Saturday and Sunday
