Thanks Steve & Big V, the price wasn't bad either. $10 for the tent aka 60 litre plastic container (with lid and wheels ) and $13 ea. for the clip-on lights.

Not just a tent, but storage for the lights too.

That looks like a really good setup, Philip.
How have you found the colour balance? From your first shot I can see a little bit of warmth in the shadows. Have you tried manual white balance instead of just tungsten? Daniel Nikon D4, D2Xs, D70, Nikkors and Sigmas lenses from 10 to 400mm

Yes Daniel, the wb is a bit off at the moment. I'm not too worried about it because I still have to get some of the new energy efficient cooler globes.
I'll work out the best wb then. The globes are screw-in not bayonet, I got caught out on that. __________

^^there is indeed! right near the middle! hmm.. looks a bit warm to me *scratches head* -j
That was straight after I used it, should have seen the worms in the previous shot. __________

Hi Phillip,
I was toying with the idea of using one of those containers but never tried. Thanks for sharing - great result. And it is so clever (doesn't break quickly, can be transported easily, will become a container for the lights) - you're a genius. Cheers, CD
