Inventory additionRecieved an Eos-1D mk2 N This morning
Still celebrating Sorry guys, just felt I had to tell someone love the feel in the hands, it's built so damn solidly. Menu seems poor to use, holding buttons down everywhere to do anything is not cool
hey congrats!
...Lucky sod! Im trying to figure out how I can add a Mark III to my inventory... Then Id need to replace my EF-S lenses... hmmmm I know 2 wedding photog's that shoot primarily with the 1d camera... Ive shot with it and its well weighted with the bigger lenses (70-200, 400 f2.8 etc) you'll love it... did you get a good price... alot of people are dumping them for the Mark III Jonathan
Nice mate. Hurry up and get it trackside.
Pity you've completely turned to the dark side now. There's no turning back... 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

Ben wont get his until about the end of july though, he's setting up his own business too so it works well for him i think..
I purposely didnt take a lens to work today so I didnt fiddle with it, but i managed to fiddle anyways 8fps is way cool!!! 3 fingers to work around the menu really shits me, REALLY... Canon I hate you! God bless the mk3 doesnt require 3 fingers at a time Obligatory Box shot.. /thread now im dont boasting
Nice aquisition, do you want to swap it for my 30D?

Done, you get the box, and I get 30d and 1d2n Fair? FWIW, The controls a F***ed I wouldn't wish these on my worst enemy... However, the patience and learning will be well paid off once the pictures start rolling though the buffer and to the card (I hope)
