Nikon Lens Calibration / Repair in Newcastle

My 18-70DX has a problem focussing near infinity. Won't autofocus to infinity, and even manual focus seems out. Ie manual focus all the way to the end of the range on just gets near infinity, where as on my Dads it goes past infinity focus (I don't mean the markings, I mean actual focus).

So, is there anywhere in Newcastle that can calibrate / repair such a lens. Needs to be done in house, not sent to Syd etc, because I need it back before the 12th of July (though I am looking for a replacement, see here
