PP help needed - removing shadowI like this pic from a recent trip to Laos but I am having trouble with the shadow front and centre. (poor shooting on my behalf)
Does anyone have a tutorial or CS2 suggestion to reduce/remove it yet leave the basket intact? As always your help is appreciated. cheers R2 <a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/45825508@N00/704892425/" title="Photo Sharing"><img src="http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1134/704892425_7498eb0d69_o.jpg" width="800" height="532" alt="Laos baker 3 copy" /></a>
Use the 'Dodge' tool in photoshop. Set the exposure (in the midtone range) to something low like 20% and pass the brush over the basket, wall... and that wooden thing... once or twice.

Select the shadow with the polygonal lasoo and feather the selection by around 145, Go to levels and lighten the shadow but take care not to overlighten. You will notice the selection taking on a yellow hue....so go to IMAGE/ADJUST/HUE/SATURATION and drop the saturation down until the colours blend. This is a quick fix but will improve the image.
