DAMN IT!!!***rant hat on***
My image that got POTW was used by the Police for the front cover of the services weekly magazine. My images were also used on pages 1, 3,4,5,6,7 and back cover. Most of the images in the article were mine. So, who gets the credit? The Police Media Unit and Daily Telegraph! BUGGER!!!!!! But, I did get a sincere apology. Grrrrr, what can you do? ****rant hat off*** 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

That isn't very fair mate, Rant all you want.. you and your work shouldn't be treated like that. On the flip side, atleast it did get printed, but to no get the credit sucks big time
You should write a nice letter to the editor pointing out their error, and asking - insisting even - that the public record be corrected.
As your image was considered good enough for front page publication, that is where the correction needs to go. g.
Gary Stark Nikon, Canon, Bronica .... stuff The people who want English to be the official language of the United States are uncomfortable with their leaders being fluent in it - US Pres. Bartlet
My question is - how did they get hold of them? Secondly, if you were participating in the event on an official basis, i.e. working for the police, would they not hold copyright?
Now, the tricky one, you are a policeman - go arrest the bastards for theft if the second condition above is not true Chris

Excellent point Gary, and fair enough comment in my book. President, A.A.A.A.A (Australian Association Against Acronym Abuse)
