DEE OR NOT TO DEE THAT IS THE QUESTIONUsing NC all functions are available except the DEE ie all boxes ticked [green tick] DEE box has a red cross in it and yes I am using RAW any ideas please .PS thank you Birddog great morning.
Loz
The red cross just means it's turned off. This is the default setting. To turn it on click the cross and it will become a tick and activate the feature. My experience is this option is rarely useful. Your mileage may vary. You can turn other features on and off the same way. Peter

G'day Loz, I think you're the first person I recall meeting in real life before meeting on the forums.
Anyway, Stubbsy's correct. However, the new version of Nikon Capture just released a few days ago (version 4.2) the Digital DEE has been renamed D-Lighting and has some functional improvements, eg. it applies the settings in real time (instead of waiting for the dialogue box to finish before you can see the results). I highly recommend you upgrade to ver4.2.
