The forum within which that was posted is certainly restricted, biut to "members" only. Please see the FAQ for details of what constitutes a "member".

I have no knowledge as to the source of the "From Australia" message that you are reporting, and to my knowledge, it does not exist anywhere within the code base.

Could you please PM me with details - please be as explicit as you can - of what you were doing when this occurred?

Obviously, the code is applying the new citizenship test to foreign posts - all part of the Government's election/scaremongering/raise perceived threat levels campaigning...I mean security arrangements.
