Hail Storm - Lismore (last week)

Postby JordanP on Tue Oct 16, 2007 5:25 pm

Hi all,

Thought I'd just share our blog entry of the Lismore Hail storm. My wife (Diana) shot these from our home just 2k away from the worst effected areas. The largest hail we saw at our place was about the 20c size - not the golf and tennis ball size hail claimed in down town Lismore.

Cheers,

Thanks for the feedback - My wife is quite happy with the images - considering how scared she was when trying to take them.

It was quite an ominous sight - and they are expecting we will be getting more of these super cells before the end of the year!
