Picture of the Week - 30 October

Each week, one of the moderators or administrators selects an image that, for whatever reason, catches their eye. Please feel free to add your comments here. Vigorous discussion of the images and techniques is welcome and encouraged. Criticism of any mod for their choice is not. Please note that this is "Picture of the Week"; do not confuse that with "best picture of the week", which is a concept of which we have no understanding.

Picture of the Week - 30 October

Postby Greg B on Tue Oct 30, 2007 5:35 am

A great shot from Tony / Big V for this week's PotW.

"Storm at Semaphore Jetty" is a excellent shot, great colour, composition, moment
captured, the whole thing.

And importantly, Tony went out in the crappy weather to get the shot, when I would have stayed
inside with a glass of red and my comfy slippers.

So not only does Tony get PotW, he gets Inspiration of the Week from me.

Fine work Tony.

I missed this one, and it's a beauty. Well deserved Tony, Good pick Greg. This photo of a "big V" could be Tonys trade mark. :D
