I would be tempted to crop the image closer, using her arms as a guide, cropping equal distance down either side. The image suffers from very shallow DOF, the focal point is her face, with her chest and stomach OOF. (not that I was perving ). I would also play with the curves, and make the background brighter, which will help bring out detail in her face also. I like the expression, very natural. 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

Prefer the original over the PP'd version - now she appears too burnt. Agree with the tighter crop as well.

I don't know if your white balance is a bit off or it that is really the colour, but I think this looks a bit more natural to me.
edit: on second thought, I think it may be a bit too magenta now. __________
