Great shots Mark,

that's where I thought Liveview would be very useful in macro photography.

Did you use manual focus or AF when using liveview?

The first shot looks soft to me. :(

Did you try some shots of the frog at ISO 200 using your normal (and typically excellent) procedure?

I feel #1 &#3 could have used more DOF

#2 is a cracker though. I feel a POTW coming on. I too would like to see the 100% crop.

No André, still experimenting (and working it all out) so the Liveview shots were on A/F.

I think it may be in the PPing as I am experimenting with the included copy of Capture NX rather than my usual CS3 methods.

Love them all Mark. Especially the horse shot. Really nice. BTW I know someone who would happily take care of thew D300 and 200 f4 for you :) :)
