Hello all!
This week's POTW goes to a image that apeals to me on a personal level:
I love the use of long exposure for capturing motion (isn't that interesting, capturing motion by stopping it... reminds me of a challenge we had!)
And the colours are surreal!
So congratulations to glamy!

I also hadn't seen this, but it is certainly an attractive image. Well done.
Nice use of tone control, and the "melting" waves are terrific.
Congratulations Glamy, and nice pic Scott.

Well done Gerard. That's a really nice image. The greens of the seaweed add the extra colour punch to the image.

Congrats, great image, the greens really stand out in a surreal atmosphere.

Thank you all for the congratulations.
I must say that without the help of Paul aka "Lost Dingo" I still would be far from the stage I am at at the moment with my composition and technique. I know I have a long way to go but I start liking my images which before I did not.
Cheers,
Gerard

Well done Gérard,
I remember some of your earlier attempts at scenes like these (there were still good but not quite there) and I have seen much improvements over time. This one I missed initially and I love it, well picked Scott.
cheers,
André

I purchased a Teddy Bear this morning for the sum of $10. I named him Mohammed. This afternoon I sold him on E-Bay for $30. My question is, "Have I made a prophet?"

Nice work Gérard - Poon is right - it is like an oil painting. Great colour and not clichéd.

It is a lovely image with a great depth of field, colour, and the water caught in slow motion. Congratulations!
