Photo processing / enlargements

Postby Ausyuppy on Mon Dec 03, 2007 9:44 pm

Hi all,
I am looking to get some photos blown up possibly up to A1 size. Also the boss (wife) is interested in Canvas prints. I remember reading on here ages ago about a place in Brisbane that did enlargements at reasonable prices. I think they were web based.

Can anyone recommend a good place to go (or post to) to get good quality prints at reasonable prices. I have only looked at Harvey Norman at the moment, but feel I could get better quality prints elsewhere? I could be wrong.

Cheers
Steve

Haven't used these sources myself but you might try:

Good luck :)

Steve, have a look at Digital Works,

http://www.digitalworks.net.au/owners/index.asp

You will need to register and download software to get the range available and paper types. They do canvas by image transfer from the print and "transferred" onto the canvas. Excellent results, and well worth the price.

I recommend web-based rgbdigital.com.au. I do all my bulk orders with them and they are excellent. Good phone service too.

Thanks for all the replies.

Turns out RGBdigital is the company I read on here about 18 months ago. When I get a chance I will look over all the links. Looks like I had better be quick to get prints done by christmas.

Cheers
