I'm not sure if anyone has posted this yet but it shows some interesting quantitative data. :)

Nice to see some hard data to go compare with the "impressions" people are getting using the D300.

Good article, thanx for posting.
And a good reason to set your D300 to LOW (High ISO) NR , which I had done.
I felt there was a slight loss of detail with High ISO NR set to NORMAL
D4|D3S|D700+MB-D10| 14-24 |24-70|70-200 f/2.8 VRII|70-200 f/4 VR|80-400 AF-S|500VR|Sigma 150 f/2.8 macro|TC's 1.4,1.7E & 2.0III|SB 900
