New Lens ... Pentax DA40/2.8 Limited [Pancake]My new lens arrived by courier on new years eve so i was looking forward to using it on new years day ...
heres a pic of the Pentax DA 40/2.8 Limited [pancake lens] mounted on my old *istDs... The next day was lousy weather and the rain didn't stop all morning so i got sick of waiting and did a self portrait with the lens wide open. Its full metal construction and super smooth manual focusing feel brings back memories of how they used to make great lenses but the AF is quick, accurate and as good as any modern lens can be with body AF motor...
