Wedding Albums

Postby W00DY on Sun Jan 06, 2008 11:11 am

Hi All,

My cousin has asked me to put together her wedding album, where do I start?

I have put one together a long time ago using Momento, are they still good?

I would LOVE (read beg...) to hear where everyone gets there professional wedding albums done.

Cheers.

Momento still does a good job on this. They now have a division called Momento Pro, which serves the pros, ABN required.

And Azuka Books is the professional album printer people, but they only deal with people with ABN working in the photography industry I think.

Thanks. I have a photography ABN so will check out Azuka. I only used Momento before, not Momento pro, so will check that out also.

Are they the only two people would recommend? Are there many more packages?

Andrew, check out Blurb.

http://www.blurb.com

I'm in the process of putting together a wedding album using Blurb. Their prices are reasonable. I can't comment on quality but they were recommnended to me by a professional photographer so I'm giving them a go.

Cheers

Woody,

There are alos these people http://www.albumprinter.com.au/, I haven't used them myself, but I did request a sample pack from them. It didn't seem too bad.

Cheers

I put together an album for a birthday gift through Albumprinter.
I'm very happy with it, and although there was a problem with a corrupted file with my first submission, they were extremely quick and helpful to get it sorted out promptly. I'd use them again.
I've used Snapfish too but wasn't as happy wih the quality or options.

+1 for QBY albums (need to setup as a client - $550)
I also use asukabooks

albums australia is a simple signup process.

I'm putting together an Asuka EX album as we speak.. time consuming! lol

Though, if quality were the driving factor i'd definitely be going with QBY :)

I use Graphi..

and Asuka for the cheaper packages..

and for the more traditional albums (read matts etc) designer folders... :)

Thanks for all the replies guys...

I think I might go with either Asuka or Momento for this job. I might try some of the design companies or Graphui later on though.

Cheers.
