this is an old arms storage over the far inside of the race track, also I have been told that there are some bunkers in amongst the trees and that the Americans built the Airport back in WW2, who knows what else is out there, besides the snakes that live in the centre of the field...... true story...... this is just a grab shot with the Bigma

What on Earth were the Americans doing building an airport at Moruya, of all places?

Back in the early 40's, to fly planes north....... they also built one on the central coast at Umina, but they just buried that one under a lot of sand and dirt as the area was all sand dunes before the war and at the end of the war when the Americans moved out, housing was built
