So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Re: More AstrophotographyThanks, it is a bonus to get skies like this at thistime of the year, normally due to hot weather you cant image because the sky is too turbulent. That is why I have to take advantage of it:)

Re: More AstrophotographyAwesome images, can I ask in the last one what are the two lines coming from the bottom of the frame up ?
Almost looks like... the jetstream from a plane ?
Re: More AstrophotographyAplha, there is a very bright star just outside of the frame and the light from this is spreading across the image and is made worse because some one dropped the secondary mirror last week (the holder and mirror weighs 8 kg)and put a chip in it which adds to the problem but life goes on.

Re: More AstrophotographyThese shots are great.
You reckon you could take some shots of your set up for us? Or give a link to where you have some. We only have a cheap little 150mm scope so can't really see this stuff. Regards Colin Regards Colin
