Some of my first shots with the D300A few holiday shots for your comment!
I took these all over the fine state of NSW. The first one 'Jack' was taken in Deliliquin, the second 'Graffiti' was taken in Byron Bay and the third 'The Royal' was taken in Urana. The PP on Jack is pretty crude but I'm just learning. Need to soften or feather the edges in Photoshop but just not sure how to do that yet as I'm teaching myself. The PP on the other shots was done with the help of a friend who is pretty handy at it. Would love some criticism and hints and tips. I'm pretty new to the photography scene and need all the help I can get. Re: Some of my first shots with the D300I really like the first two... Jack is just adorable and your composition is superb framing him in the corner like that!.. also excellent composition an PP on the graffitti... the blurred foreground and mono background make the graffitti stand out so well..
I do like the last one.. but feel it needs a slight straightening to make it rock.. The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but it's still on the list...
Re: Some of my first shots with the D300Thanks for the comments Sue. Really appreciate your opinion.
I'm just starting out at the moment so any hints and tips you might be able to give me would help a great deal. I'll post a few more in the coming days that I have taken but am just working on to sharpen up. See how I go. D300 - MB-D10 - Nikkor 80-200mm f/2.8 - Tamron 17-50mm f/2.8 - Nikkor 50mm f/1.8 - SB600
