EOI for Tour Down Under meetWell it's that time again when Adelaide hosts the cycling Tour Down Under.
Last year we had a successful meet at the Adelaide City Council Street Circuit. Anyone interested in another meet on Sunday 27 January 2008? No promises, just expressions of interest at this stage... Daniel, first post on the new system... Nikon D4, D2Xs, D70, Nikkors and Sigmas lenses from 10 to 400mm

Re: EOI for Tour Down Under meetDaniel - from memory, I think I was trying to find you in the crowd.
The Zoo was very quiet, as most of the animals were asleep I really didn't mind, as I was parked near the entrance. Sad news for everyone, I renewed my Membership on Sunday, until 1st February, 2009.
fozzie
Re: EOI for Tour Down Under meetAs did I.. Did you notice that Fozzie has Smurph's Sigma 70-200 on his camera? That is because he had lent the 300 2.8 to Smurph for a try..
Rob - this one was looking for you on saturday too.. Canon
Re: EOI for Tour Down Under meetSorry I missed it guys! Had a few emergency issues at work that needed sorting unfortunately.
I was pretty well all biked out after chasing the tour for four days. Havent downloaded anything yet but hope there is some good stuff in there! Annoyed me after sitting at Victor harbour for an hour in the sun to get a perfect finish line spot, that some of the support crew and media promptly stood in front of us (on track) despite a few hundred people around me getting rather verbal to them..... Poor form guys!! It was too late to move so I at least got to leave early and beat the traffic ! Re: EOI for Tour Down Under meet
Haha, yeah I was just glad to be out shooting again especially something that wasn't overseas or landscapes! It was fun guys. How about another meet for the Fringe Party? BTW, Daniel, can I get a larger version of that shot of me, say 800 on the longest side? I'm buildiong up a folder of pimp shots http://indigophoto.net
