smugmug or zenfolio?

Smugmug is popular here but there are also a few who use Zenfolio. It will come down to which one fits your requirements as they are similar and as good as one another.

I went with Smugmug end of last month simply because I like the layout and interface. Additionally, it has the option of customisation using html, jscript and css.

To top it off, there are plenty of helpful users out there (dgrin and here) for smugmug support.

I'm a smugmug man. Nice interface and seemed easy to navigate first time I visited. Plus no limit on photos uploaded and traffic. Also its quicker from my POV.

I'm using Zenfolio because I'm just lazy maybe. Uploading hundreds of files with just drag and click, then wait...

It also has very good presentation styles, easy to customise, but not to the extremes (as touching codes).
