Arty Black and white?I would like some comment on whether or which of these conversions works in your opinion.
The subject is a little native orchid about 7mm across. ( and yes I was trying for a minimal depth image ) Regards Colin Regards Colin

They don't do it for me - but I'm not a big fan of black and white so you can probably discard my opinion.

Re: Arty Black and white?It is an interesting and abstract image. This type of images polarise people into either liking it or hating it. I am with Louie
I believe the second needs contrast.
