Just a short post to thank Michael and MattyO. The three of us, as Circlework, have been chosen to be the official photographers of the 2008 Kidney Kar Rally. The Kidney Foundations major fund raiser. It's a 4000km rally over 9 days from Sydney to Mudgee. Don't know the exact route yet, but it should include some interstate bits. Hope to see some of you about. 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc http://www.awbphotos.com.au

I covered an Australian Safari a few years back now - OMG, that dust got in EVERYTHING.. even though I was safely cocooned in a Brand Spankers 100series Landcruiser, the dust was everywhere...
Be very careful of changing lenses....

Cheers folks. It'll be an interesting trip, and hopefully a fun one also. We only need to cover about 420km a day, but add photography into that, plus editing, backing up and attending every function they run along the way, we'll be busy. I'd love to say we were donating our time freely, but we aren't it's a paying gig and pays fairly handsomely also. LIke I said, I'd like to meet some members on the trip, so once we know the route, I'll post it up and see who we can meet. 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc http://www.awbphotos.com.au
