PotW 12 Feb 2008

Each week, one of the moderators or administrators selects an image that, for whatever reason, catches their eye. Please feel free to add your comments here. Vigorous discussion of the images and techniques is welcome and encouraged. Criticism of any mod for their choice is not. Please note that this is "Picture of the Week"; do not confuse that with "best picture of the week", which is a concept of which we have no understanding.

Two Queenslanders in a row!

Two frogs in a row!

Neither of these coincidences had anything to do with my choice for PotW this week - only the fact that it jumped straight out at me! :roll:

It is SteveGriffin's photo of a graceful tree frog, taken in a light tent, which is a wonderful image:

Great image, easily useable for a nature magazine! Good choice Trevor and well done Steve! Getting this would make you want to 'jump' for joy! Sorry :lol:

Thank you, Nigell. That was one of the determining factors over the other two shots in Steve's post, and I forgot to mention it.
