Two Queenslanders in a row! Two frogs in a row! Neither of these coincidences had anything to do with my choice for PotW this week - only the fact that it jumped straight out at me! It is SteveGriffin's photo of a graceful tree frog, taken in a light tent, which is a wonderful image: And the original thread is here. (Note: The PotW box on the LHS of the Portal Page isn't cooperating with me ATM, so this image and thread may not appear there immediately.)

Great image, easily useable for a nature magazine! Good choice Trevor and well done Steve! Getting this would make you want to 'jump' for joy! Sorry

Steve, very nice - you must be the Frog Whisperer to get them to sit still for you in a light tent

Thank you, Nigell. That was one of the determining factors over the other two shots in Steve's post, and I forgot to mention it. Indeed, it might turn into a handsome prince. Did you kiss it, Steve?

Been REALLY slack and not getting on to the forum as much as I should lately - serves me right when I miss fantastic images like this one. Beautiful work Steve and congrats on the PotW.

What a fantastic shot, I wish I had these sorts of areas around here.... (who am I kidding though, I probably do and just don't know where to look!)

Yippee! I returned from a week of kayaking in Tassie this evening to find out that I had scored a POTW.
Time to celebrate. Thanks for picking this one Trevor......
