best way to recover corrupted files from CF card

I had a CF card die on my half way through a gig last night. First time for everything i spose. I havent written over the card yet and was wondering how i can get my raw files back. I have tried a few differant recovery programs inc getdataback (which didnt work). One program detected the Jpeg files (raw+jpeg) but not the Raws?

Any ideas?

Download PC Inspector (free). It is excellent.

I would second John's suggestion of PC Inspector, it has worked for me.

another vote for Convar's PC Inspector.

havent tried Sandisk's bundled image recovery software (havent needed it, hopefully wont)

out of curiosity, what sort of card was it?

I have tried a number of differant programs inc get data back and pc inspecter and none of them have been able to recover the raw files.

CD i will give you a call tommorrow when i wake up and come past and grab photo rescue if i could
