Northern lights display - Adelaide

Not sure exactly who is responsible but there is an amazing display on in Adelaide(North Terrace) at the moment, half a dozen buildings such as the Art Galley, State Library, University etc are being transformed every 20-30 seconds with these massive projections.

I cant explain much more, will let my snaps do the talking. All I can say is if anyone from SA(Or elsewhere!) has the opportunity to head into Adelaide and check it out.. Very cool!

More images to come as I can sort through them.

Cool Cory. I haven't seen them and we aren't heading to Adelaide in the next couple of weeks unfortunately. The fourth one looks a lot like a chalk drawing. Thanks for the heads up though.

Went down and had a look at these last night, the display really is quite amazing! It must have been so time consuming putting together the different projections for each building, I'll definitely be going back with the camera! :D

It's part of the Adelaide Festival of Arts.
They look quite good. Might have to head in.

Thanks for posting Cory I had been in to a couple of festival events and didn't realise this was on so I'll be headng in over the weekend ... I was planning on taking the 10-20 and tripod so I don't need to worry about traffic & people ..
would appreciate a few hints on the exposure / settings used and the time of night shot etc .. ?

Great stuff Cory.love the richness of the colours and changing 'faces' of the gallery

I'll head in for some Fringing this w/e and hope to see these but I'll leave it up to the other landscape /architecture snappers to do justice to these impressive buildings.

I reckon they'd look even better after a light shower of rain....if any fellow Croweaters can remember what that is?
