A couple of Goannas - "You can't see me if I hug this tree"

I like the second one very much. It could perhaps be lightened a bit but that may just be my monitor.

The first one ios good but because the light is more on the leg it detracts from it a bit.

i agree, the second one is a bit darkish on my screen too - push up the darks and it would be a beauty

Thanks for this - have updated the 2nd photo with a lighter version. I'm having issues getting my calibration right, will have to have another go over the weekend :)

Agree on the first pic too - I might have a play with some burning in PS when I get a chance.

About time you posted these. :wink: Both are lovely sharp images. #1 will benefit from the dodge on the body and a burn on the leg as already mentioned. #2 looks to have a yellow cast to me - look at the blue metal on the ground - it should be more blue grey than that. Of these #2 is fantastic because of two things - you're down at the goanna's level and you have eye contact.
