Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent. Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature. Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread. World RecordIt has been rather a long time since I posted here.
During my break I have moved over to the light side and started using a Macbook Pro, mainly because of my job. but that is another story. Here is a series of pictures that I took at the recent Australian Swimming Trials for Olympic selection. Here is my photo story of the World Record swim from Eamon Sullivan in the 50m freestyle final. There off. 21.28 seconds later..... A new World Record. As always C & C more than welcome, actually it is expected! Mal
I've got a camera, it's black. I've got some lens, they are black as well.
Re: World RecordNice capture of the action. did you use a monopod to steady yourself or was the light bright enough?
Re: World RecordI like the second, for the raised arm, just about to touch, and the third for capturing a great moment! It looks like you were using quite high iso. Which lens were you using?
Nikon D7000
