Sending a lens in for repair melb... how?

Well i think my focus ring in my 17-55 might have got some sand in it, i want to send it off to canon to take it apart and check it out...

How do i go about doing this?, i live in melbourne

choose vic, choose lens and you get a mail in option (to NSW) or a couple of walk in opions in victoria
