Holiday Snaps #3 - #6Some more from the week at Merimbula.
(Edit - I have just realised these images are probably a bit too big. Sorry, it is late and I need to go to bed, so I can't do anything about it now. I have, however, had a stern word to myself, with an admonishment to avoid a repetition.) Seagull Eye Like This, Son Sunlight on the Water Wharf Fishing Feel free to comment, good or bad. Greg - - - - D200 etc

Yep... they were a bit big, but I've got broadband so it didn't bother me too much... I like them all, but particularly like the last one... I find myself wondering what they were looking at... It might look good in B&W...
Nice shots Greg... Cheers, John

I like the candid of the man & his son, but my fave is Wharf Fishing & I'd also like to see it in B & W. The post beteween the two people really aids the composition on this one. Hope you relaxed on the holiday & didn't spend the whole time taking pics. Peter

Great shots Greg,
I'd probably be inclined to clone out the distracting out of focus bit on the T-shirt in the second shot. BTW was this your first official admonishing job as a moderator? __________

Thanks for the comments...
phillip, I tried cloning out the OOF bit in #2 (it was a part of the railing), but I couldn't manage it with an acceptable outcome. Yes, first official admonishing task as a moderator, and may I just say - ouch. I didn't spend the whole time taking photos stubbsy, actually I would have liked to take more. It was fun to have a bit of time available. Greg - - - - D200 etc
