Re: The people in the front row
ahaha thanks paul. i assure you it is not, you would be surprised jsut how wide you can get the sucker. The barrier seen in thephoto is about 2-3 metres infront of me. so everyone knows i waited for this shot for about 30mins, i was told to watch out becuase the confetti would soon be fired, so i crouched infront of the subs at the front of the stage (not a pleasent experiance) for 30 odd mins. then when it was fired , jumped up and sat on the speakers http://flickr.com/photos/jamesthomsonphotography/

I must have looked at this photo a few hundred times since saturday, and i still smile evertime and remember the feeling i got when i knew i nailed it. I am for lack of a better word, so proud i was able to capture something of this quality, and makes me feel there may still be hope for me ahead. sorry if that sounds stupid. http://flickr.com/photos/jamesthomsonphotography/

Re: The people in the front row
Hi Thommo - no, it doesn't sound stupid. I think many of us have had the feelings towards a photo which you describe - when everything just fits together and you get that image that you feel not only pride in, but almost a 'fathership' towards. That you have had such positive feedback as above only serves to swell that feeling inside. I understand the pride you feel - you deserve to feel it *** When getting there is half the fun! ***
Re: The people in the front rowThank you sheepie.
and thank you so much for chosing me as POTW, i have always looked at the wonderful photos that have been chosen and never did i think i would capture something worthy of POTW. once again thank you all. http://flickr.com/photos/jamesthomsonphotography/
