This week's PotW has been selected by sirhc55...... sirhc55 wrote:A wonderful way for me to begin the new year by choosing the POTW. A diverse collection of photographs assailed my eyes and my initial reaction was ‘Oh! Bugger’. I have always been an ardent admirer of the great Japanese painters and printmakers, in particular, Kawase Hasui. And there before me was the winner of POTW. Camrak’s ”The Dawn of Time”. This photograph has layer upon layer of ethereal depths that is a tribute to Camrak’s camera work and perceptive eye. I’m a great believer in the principle of giving a photograph a title befitting its visual intent and Camrak certainly travelled back to the dawn of time with this superb photo. Congratulations Camrak on a photo worthy of hanging in the top galleries. Original post here: http://www.dslrusers.com/viewtopic.php?f=18&t=32934

That is a great photo. It has my eyes looking forwards and backwards looking at the view. Awesome ability to get such depth on a 2D image. Congratulations Camrak.
