I just wish people would exercise some basic common sense when posting a new topic.
Obviously they know what they are posting about.
Often an (incorrect) assumption is made that other forum members will know what some cryptic title really means.

But cryptic is often in the eyes of the beholder. I'm not sure how anyone could enforce such a requirement. Yes, I might not understand what the poster is on about, but I may just be a little bit thick too.

Or simply not on the same wavelength.

I think that one of the good things we have here is that most of our members are intelligent and have some degree of lateral thinking capabilities; this in turn permits the use of thread titles that engage the use of double entendres from time to time, and that is not something that I'd wish to discourage.

I'll take this up with the mods, but I'm not entirely confident that we can come up with a way to enforce this. We shall see.

As an example, "Photoaction Australia ezine online now" IS a meaningful and appropriate topic title for this topic.

hopefully we can all comply to your standards of what is meaningful and appropriate.
