Re: D3 Shutter slow motion + interactiveMost of us these days are 'time poor' and I often wonder how I justify so much time browsing forums, let alone embarking on projects like this one. However this really is a good insight to how manufacturers help justify chargeing what they do, the engineering and precision involved and just some of what's behind this passion we all pursue. Thanks for the post.
Re: D3 Shutter slow motion + interactiveI've watched and re-watched the series of photos and I'm really impressed at how all this happens so quickly. The shutter curtains are subjected to so many repetitions of the same movement its quite amazing they last so long. I didn't know there were two curtains until I saw this.
Re: D3 Shutter slow motion + interactiveWayne, it's good to see you looking at Nikon things again. Are you coming back?????????????
