64.

Do'oh!

That was seriously making my eyes hurt and bordering on giving me a headache! Would be interesting to try again on a better setup monitor that isn't under fluro lights.

Scored 0 using my Benq LCD, did it three times to see it was no fluke. Using my aging Viewsonic CRT that has lost range over the years, the best I could get was 82.

I scored 8 on my 4yr old Compaq laptop (I would have done worse if i was using the Acer screen that I have been allocated in my Lab at uni - the colours are waay off on that), maybe I should give it a go at home on my Acer LCD (~3yrs old, unclaibrated, but prints come out 90-95% simliar).

Being a guy I guess it is not suprising that I am weak in the red and green/blue regions

15 for me, on a laptop LCD in a fairly bright room.

Actually, the first time I tried this (yesterday afternoon) I spent quite a lot of time fiddling with the squares till I thought they were perfect - but when I pressed the "score test" button no results came up. The page finished loading, but was blank!

So I've had another go. I tested the page by pressing the "score test" button without changing any squares, and it seemed to work (score of 979). I was still worried about the possibility of some sort of time-out property, so I didn't spend anywhere near as much time as yesterday. Perhaps if I do spend more time I can lower my score.

Its a great way to compare monitors, actually.

14 on my asus laptop under crappy light with tired eyes - quite surprised it was as good a result as that - my area of weakness seems to be in the red hues.

Good find, really interesting :)

Scored a zero, on a DELL D620 laptop screen, uncalibrated... I found it was easier to put the colour in place and you could subtly see the difference in hue, it either looked right or it didn't...

Edit: Just wanted to say thankyou to Shane, this was so much fun :D
