Yes, changed at the request of the photographer :)

Gallery is looking real nice...

Do people like the larger thumbnails and black borders this time?

I might play with the background colour later too...

I love the layout Scott. Be interested to see what different backgrounds you come up with.

MHD, love the black borders used this and last time, look excellent, and the larger thumbnails are great. You can get so much more information on a cursory glance. THough when it comes to voting I will look at all at full size.

Question MHD, with regard to voting, I feel that last time all my votes may not have been recorded (my fault). To have every vote count, should I A) look at each photo individually, then vote on it immediately by pressing the vote button or B) look at all photos on a page, then vote on that page as an entirety by pressing the vote button or C) Look at all pages, and press the vote button on the last page? Thanks for your guidance.

A and B are correct, C is wrong

If viewing a single image, selecting a score registers your vote
When viewing a page you must select scores and when done with that page press the vote button

You will know if your vote was recorded as when you visit next time it should show your votes in the selection boxes...

(which you can change anytime up until the voting finishes)

Thanks mate, that makes it all clear  Guess who used C last time? Jordan P would have won in an even more convincing way had I been smart enough to vote properly

Something I just noticed regarding looking at images full size. Correct me if I'm wrong MHD, but the thumbnail on the gallery page is the "small" size and when you click on it you get a standardized "medium" size and if you click it for a 3rd time you get it at the submitted resolution.

Please don't get me wrong, I am not suggesting it is a combined shot, or has too much PP, but how the heck did whoever do "Eye of the Beholder"? It's the flaring more than anything, look forward to a description of technique once the owners are revealed :)

No worries guys... It is out of my hands for tonight...

The problem is in the porthole accounting software that lets packets in and out of the College and charges for it...
Its down as it is incompatible with a new firewall they installed today...

And this was after lots of effort moving my system over to a range of IP's that will not block port 80

So all I can do is wait as the software is modified which could take 12+ hours... if it takes to long I will extend the voting period..

Dont worry... it will not affect submissions! But it may mean a delayed awarding of prizes..

Sincere apologies for the problems... Some AMAZING pics on the site and I dont know about you guys but I have learned a lot seing the quaity of the images submitted...

Hopefully things will sort themselevs out. So what if the voting is held back a day or two. All it means is the presentation can't be done in Melbourne (which would have been nice - but I'm sure no one is going to lose sleep over it)
