Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Images posted here should conform with the general forum guidelines. Image sizes should not exceed 950 pixels along the largest side (height or width) and typically no more than four images per post or thread.

Oh very nice Yip!.. I know how hard it is to expose in these conditions with white dresses.. sand.. sunlight... water and a black suit.. but you've done it to prefection.. great natural posing... it shows your own style... I'm a little jealous even... :)
The last thing I want to do is hurt you... but it's still on the list... ;)

Yi-p, you should be very happy with these.
If I was nit picking, and I will...I'd suggest you clone out the purple/black beach umbrella in the first shot. I find it a tad distracting.
The 2nd shot is fantastic, nice blue sky with some whispy cloud, a slightly tighter crop may work here but it's a great shot none-the-less. Well done mate.
Was this a paid gig?

Acctually Geoff I didn't see the umbrella until you mentioned it! Both wonderful shots and beautifully exposed. The cloud detail is great too. The couple will be very happy with these images.

Yip really like the second, you have created a great shot there. Like Geoff I find the umbrella distracting, though it may have worked as a lone beach element to the side of the happy couple. I probably would like to see the first taken from a lower (you may already have been on the sand) or closer vantage point to highlight the couple against the sky rather than the mixed background. I like your style

Thanks all.

I too noticed about the umbrella, but that is about the cleanest I can get before I start getting the entire beach population into the shot. I will look at cloning it out of this one.

Here is a 2nd set of photos taken:
