Flower TimeA few flower shots from the Cremorne 2x2 outing. All critique is appreciated especially since flowers are NOT my forte.

Re: Flower Time#3 is probably my favourite! #4 comes second. These two shots really bring out the colours of the flowers. #1 looks a little flat to me
Great shots all around though Cameron

Re: Flower TimePeter
Nothing to say. They are all excellent. Your processing is perfect and the colours pop. I like 1 and 2 best. Regards

Re: Flower TimeI think the last two are the best. Number two is not bad either, but lacls the colours of 3 & 4. However, number one althought it is quite sharp I think it needs a more vibrant an lighter colour. What do you think?
Re: Flower TimeI reckon #1 has the most potential - with some 'd-lighting' you could really bring out some light and show a bit of that greenery behind, also brighten it all up... just my thoughts

No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: Flower TimeAll very nice shots. The colours in #3 are perfect i think.

Re: Flower TimeThanks for your feedback. Here is a slightly brighter version of #1. Personally I think the more subdued tones of the original work better.

Re: Flower TimeNow, I like this version.
Re: Flower TimeI like the 2nd version better, but it is still not quite right. Try bringing down the brightness a little bit.

Re: Flower Timepete, love the last one.
can say i'm a fan of #1. imo it looks like a really underexposed indoor flower pick using the onboard flash. EM1 l 7.5 l 12-40 l 14 l 17 l 25 l 45 l 60 l 75 l AW1 l V3
Re: Flower Time
I like the revisited #1 - but thats why photography is so subjective
