da "DUCK" of the day PixIt has been a bit of a thing around here for a long time that if you get a new camera, one of the first pixs should be a Duck....... so here is mine, a Wood Duck....... also what would be a good idea is keep this "duck" thread on going, so if you have a duck pix just add it to mine and we will see how far and long we can go.......... so post away....... could be fun...... Gary hope this is OK if not close
Cheers ....bp....

Re: da "DUCK" of the day PixJust a Duck that I shot today whilst on the way home from uni. As always straight out of camera. I have to say, the compactness of the Tamron Di 70-300mm has kept it in my bag, and when pressed for length it is a good to have.

Re: da "DUCK" of the day PixHey Potoroo - yep they were the colours This shot was taken in the Habitat "Zoo" at Port Douglas north of Cairns - there is a man made 'lake' in one of the exhibits and the afternoon overcast sky just made all of the vegetation reflect on the water as you see it = was pretty cool
