Each week, one of the moderators or administrators selects an image that, for whatever reason, catches their eye. Please feel free to add your comments here. Vigorous discussion of the images and techniques is welcome and encouraged. Criticism of any mod for their choice is not. Please note that this is "Picture of the Week"; do not confuse that with "best picture of the week", which is a concept of which we have no understanding.

Greetings! Many of you may not know me... I am the MIA Mod Anyhow, it's time again for Picture of the Week and there were a some good ones out there this week including a particularly striking image of an old Chev and many nice shots of the local wildlife. Anyhow this weeks pick of the pics stood out to me as it was technical in it's simplicity. Only two objects: A mantis (very aptly praying) and its habitation. Shallow DOF makes the face of the mantis jump right out! Congrats Rooz for POTW! Original Thread: viewtopic.php?f=18&t=34486
