Pocketable DSLR replacement

Definatley Looks the goods. I'm thinking of getting one for the wife. Its a toss up between this and the G10. This may win because of the smaller size.

Here is an interesting comparison based review by Thom Hogan whose stuff I will read (unlike that other Nikon weirdo)......

In short he rates the G10 first, the the Panasonic, with the Nikon not rating. The major issue is the relative sizes of the G10 vs the Panasonic.

:agree: Mr Hogan is good to read, and always informative. I have actually read that article before, I still like his "take a D40 chop off the mirror and add a compact lens" idea.
