Re: Tiger: Australia Zoofoonji - very nice capture.
IMHO - could do with just a tad of saturation. fozzie
Re: Tiger: Australia ZooThanks Mate.
I was thinking the same thing, already boosted it a touch, but yeah it does look like it needs some more. damn enclosure glass sucks the colour out! got some more shots, but i'll leave them for tomorrow.
Re: Tiger: Australia ZooCool shot,
I agree with a little more colur... apart from that I like it D4, D700, plus glass from 14mm to 200mm
Gaffa Tape is like the FORCE... it has a Light side, a Dark side and it holds the universe together
Re: Tiger: Australia ZooNice shot like the little amount of movement evident in the paw but the whiskers look a tad oversharpened (but could be my monitor)
A couple of questions if you dont mind - , was your lens/hood flush with the glass , any filters ie polarising?, and did you take any under the water shots ? DebT DebT
"so many dreams - so little time "
Re: Tiger: Australia ZooYeah, lens hood was up against the glass to help reduce glare/reflections. only filter on was a UV filter.
Didn't get any decent underwater shots as when they were in the water was during the cubs playtime, and no one was allowed up against the glass and had to be on the lil grandstand as it was a presentation thing.. so yer I swear the keepers sat in the enclosure all day... lucky basturds... I wanna be in there! Couple more shots...
Re: Tiger: Australia ZooLove the images, they look just slightly over sharpened????
cheers Rod
