Re: Blue on Blue........I have these wrens around my house but I find them very 'flighty' and rather hard to frame, what lens did you use for this shot - it's excellent.

A calendar cover!It's interesting to note that the birds eye is almost dead centre of the image space. I think this was a device much used by Rembrandt when painting his portraits (if my memory serves me faithfully). Regards

...... always try to centre the focal point, this being the eye, and the rest flows from there, unless the focal point is part of an overall view...... then off centre Cheers ....bp....
